Each project must include a detailed photography brief on how you wish the products to be photographed (angles, crop ratio etc.).
If no brief is provided then you lose the right to free re-shoots or approval.
Disapproved images will be redone in 5 business days or less from the time detailed directions are received.
If we shoot it the way you tell us and in the end you want something different than that, then we’ll have to charge you for the new photographs because we’ve already spent time shooting it the original way as in the brief.
1-20 product photos turnaround time is around 5-7 business days from date of receipt of the samples, but it may vary depending on the current bookings in the studio.
For product photos over 25 items, we will provide you with a schedule.

You will be given the chance to approve or disapprove an image. The product in the disapproved image will be re-photographed or re-edited one more time, or the client may choose to close the job. Disapproval must be expressed in detail and very specific changes must be made clear. Images that are disapproved are no longer liable to the 7 business day turnaround time or 24h/72h express service time.
We may choose to refuse additional changes or cancel at any time any job at our discretion without any reason needed to be given to the client.
We will photograph the item as it arrives at the studio. If the item has flaws, mis-labels, “waves” in the labels, scratches, it will be photographed as such.
The shipping of products to and from our studio will be your responsibility. Return delivery of products is optional and must be requested. If you would like your products returned we can send them back to you using a return label that you provide, or we can invoice you for the return delivery. Mondo Olfi Studio will not be held responsible for damaged or lost goods in the shipping process.
Products will be disposed, sold or donated if they are not claimed within 10 business days after the completion of the work.
Once the images are ready we will email you the low-res watermarked versions to have a look at alongside with the invoice, final images will not be released before full payment has been received.
The entire copyright of the Photographs is retained by the Photographer (Mondo Olfi Studio) at all times throughout the world. The Photographer retains the right in all cases to use the Photographs in any manner, at any time and in any part of the world for any purpose, including advertising or otherwise promoting their own services and work.
Thereafter we guarantee that the Photographs will never be sold to a competitor or used in a way that could be deemed derogatory to the original client.
If an image has been commissioned by an advertising agency or other party on behalf of a client, then the advertising agency or other party may not assign rights to anyone other than the original client for whom the work was commissioned.
If photography is commissioned by an agency it is the responsibility of the agency to ensure that all visuals/briefs or ideas for the photography are original in content. Mondo Olfi Studio or those working for them will not be held responsible for any action brought by a third party for copyright or intellectual property infringement.
You will be given royalty free license for unlimited usage rights for an unlimited amount of time. You may not re-license or sell ownership of the images to a third party even if that third party is a subsidiary or linked company. The License to Use comes into effect from the date of payment of the relevant invoice.
Should a client wish to secure an image exclusively, we may agree a copyright buy-out fee depending on the circumstances of the images and the possible future applied uses.

In commissioning Mondo Olfi Studio or those working for them, you are declaring your agreement to be bound by the above copyright terms and conditions. Should the aforementioned terms and conditions be broken, you may be liable to legal proceedings taken against you in accordance with the UK Copyrights and Patents Act 1988.
