Each project must include a detailed photography brief on how you wish the products to be photographed (angles, crop ratio etc.). If no brief is provided then you lose the right to free re-shoots or approval.
You will be given the chance to approve or disapprove an image. The product in the disapproved image will be re-photographed or re-edited one more time, or the client may choose to close the job. Disapproval must be expressed in detail and very specific changes must be made clear. Images that are disapproved are no longer liable to the 7 business day turnaround time or 24h/72h express service time.
Disapproved images will be redone in 5 business days or less from the time detailed directions are received.
We may choose to refuse additional changes or cancel at any time any job at our discretion without any reason needed to be given to the client.
If we shoot it the way you tell us and in the end you want something different than that, then we’ll have to charge you for the new photographs because we’ve already spent time shooting it the original way as in the brief.
Final images will not be released before full payment has been received.
We will photograph the item as it arrives at the studio. If the item has flaws, mis-labels, “waves” in the labels, scratches, it will be photographed as such.
1-20 product photos turnaround time is around 5-7 business days from date of receipt of the samples, but it may vary depending on the current bookings in the studio.
For product photos over 25 items, we will provide you with a schedule.
We also offer 24 hour and 72 hour express services. All express service projects are subject to a surcharge. SEE PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY PRICING PAGE FOR DETAILS
